Restaurant BRENNER

The restaurant BRENNER represents fine dining, focussing on French Mediterranean cuisine. The Ambient is elegant and dignified, primarily as a result of the beautiful canopied terrace and the pictures by Xavier Delerue. The interior reflects wine culture and makes it an oasis for every wine connoisseur. 360 different wines from all over Europe can be found in the wine list; half of these wines can be ordered by the glass.

The restaurant serves as a meeting place for prominent people representing wineries from all over the world including Ben Glaetzer, Roman Niewodniczanski, Château Pichon-Langueville-Baron and Château Angélus. Not only representatives of well-known, large wineries are to be found here, but also the young and unknown wineries seeking connections leading to higher levels. It's no surprise that Anton Stefanov was selected as the Maître of the year 2008 by Berlin Partner GmbH.

The symbiosis of wine and cookery are reflected in the popular wine degustation gourmet menu. 8 creations are served in the form of a 5 course dinner (including wine). Numerous press publications and awards confirm the status of the restaurant: Gault Millau (15 points), Aral-Schlemmer Atlas (2.5 spoons) as well as a membership in the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs as Vice Echanson for Berlin-Brandenburg.
