For an ideal of perfection never to be reached, yet pursued with passion. Thus, our enthusiasm is nourished mainly through the continuous exchange and interaction with our guests with whom we share a valuable cooperation.

In the entire restaurant, we have room at our tables for up to 60 guests. Our Italian cuisine is based on the very best recipes that the traditional art of cooking has generated - combined with the best of modern cuisine. My greatest pleasure is exploring and then creating new, innovative combinations of flavour & aroma and connecting them to traditional ones. My selection of more than 500 wines is the result of a passionate and meticulous search for the best Italian wines.
