In the year 2009 alone, this owner-managed company made a splash at over 1500 events with roughly 200,000 guests. But even we started off small. In 1994, Mirko Mann and Ulrich Schulze started an ambitious 2-man business in Berlin – with the vision of making catering an unforgettable experience.
